Bio

Francis M. McGovern, Jr. has completed over 6,000 property inspections in the five county Philadelphia area. Your inspection report will cover all major components of your home with digital photos and color coded texted. We provide roof photos with our drone. Material defects and maintenance items identified in your report will be summarized for easier digestion. You can schedule an inspection directly through our website or talk to a real person six days a week at our call center. We schedule two time slots per day six days a week; 9 am and 2 pm. We accept all forms of payment and your Inspection report arrives 24 hours after your Inspection via PDF file emailed to you and your agent. Good luck on your home purchase!
