Bio

Husband and wife team since 1994. Every home inspection is performed by the owner, Jack Sullivan. Scheduling and communications are handled by Jack's wife, Elizabeth, who has extensive customer service background. Detailed electronic reports with labeled pictures and a two part summary page are emailed to the client. Jack has been inspecting and reporting on homes full time for over 3 decades. Jack has inspected over 20,000 homes and has been a member of ASHI since 1995. Clients are encouraged to follow the inspector and ask questions. There is a picture summary at the end of the inspection for final questions and clarification.
