John has personally performed over 20,000 residential, multi-unit and commercial inspections since 1993.
John's background includes 8,000 hours of apprenticeship as an Electrician Journeyman in enabling him to become a member of Local 313 I.B.E.W between 1982-1993.
John conducts radon testing in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland. John also is certified to perform radon mitigations.
John is an instructor of pre-licensing courses and continuing education for several local real estate schools.
ASHI, Listed AARST radon tester/mitigator, Certified Residential Mold Inspector and Member of the Indoor Air Quality Association, Memeber of the Pennsylvania Septic Managment Association, Member of the National Pest Management Association, Certified Lead Paint Inspector.
John is the owener of a National Home Inspection Software develpment company providing products to home inspection and septic inspectors.
