I have a BFA in fine arts, technical direction and lighting design. During my 20+ years in entertainment I have run 7 national tours, provided local support for nationally touring shows, taught technical theatre at high school and college levels, and fabricated museum exhibits. This background, and natural aptitude for noticing details, have positioned me well for being an inspector. I have worked in several areas of construction, residential and commercial, and have mostly completed remodeling my second home. I love working at AmeriSpec Inspection Services because its a national franchise which has tremendous resources for our inspectors and clients that independents can't match. We specialize in home and commercial inspections (commercial property assessments) and offer several ancillary services that we are professionally trained in. These include, water bacteria testing, thermal imaging, mold testing, and sewer scans/scopes.
