Bio
Martha has been a Realtor since 1994. In 2007 she was the President of The Richmond Association of Realtors.
In 2015 she married Michael G. Bryan an ACI who had inspected her client's homes for many years. She continued to sell real estate, but also began to assist Mike on home inspections and found it fascinating and rewarding.
She began to train with Mike full time, and when she had helped perform over 1,500 home inspections with Mike, she attended and graduated from Kenny Hart's Virginia Home Inspector Training Academy. In 2021 Martha passed the National Home Inspector Examination and soon after became an ASHI Certified Inspector.
She has now inspected more than 3,000 residential and light commercial properties with Mike as a team.
