Bio
Protection Plus Home Inspections is owned and operated by Jonathan Hopkins, ACI BVI. I inspect every home as though I am going to buy it myself, so my clients can be assured of getting my best effort on each and every inspection.
I also offer my clients long-term support for as long as they own the home if I can ever answer any questions or be of assistance.
My clients also receive an educational walk-through of the property to learn how everything works, tips and tricks on how to take care of the home, health and safety concerns and any deficiencies I have discovered during the inspection. I issue my reports on state of the art software the same day as the inspection 99% of the time. Weekend appointments are available.
