Bio

B.A., ACI, I.B.R.(Inspector By Review) I am a Wisconsin licensed and ASHI trained home inspector who has spent my entire career in the building trades, specifically masonry. I bring a wealth of masonry trade experience, both commercial and residential, as well as many years of home rehab and renovation knowledge into your home inspection. As someone who has rather extensive and credible first hand working experience, I know what to look for and how things are supposed to operate, function and perform. Additionally, I am accredited by my peers with an I.B.R. designation (Inspector by Review- from the Great Lakes Chapter of ASHI) and a former officer in the Milwaukee chapter and state level of W.A.H.I.(Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors). Whether your pending home purchase is old or new, a commercial or multi-unit, I can meet your need and inspect for you. I am a trusted, intuitive, thorough and comprehensive independent advocate for YOU, and my unequaled passion for home and building inspections will be clearly evident. I work on YOUR behalf, not for the realtor attached to the sale.
