A Licensed Certified Home Inspector, 203k Consultant and Environmental Specilaist with more than a decade of experience in the inspection industry serving the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. All property inspections are interactive and educational with reports being detailed and informative. We use state of the art infrared thermography on all inspections to detect moisture, humidity, and dew point levels throughout the property, "added eyes without the extra cost." You will also receive a monthly newsletter via email containing valuable homeowner tips and pertinent information to guide you through homeownership.
