Bio

Jeff Bates has over 30 years of hands-on experience in the Atlanta area housing industry. He has personally constructed over 1500 single-family dwellings within the state of Georgia. As a state-licensed real estate broker and general contractor, Jeff brings a lifetime of industry experience to every inspection he conducts. Jeff is an ASHI Certified Home Inspector with advanced education in water intrusion and mold testing. Additionally, he is a Certified Inspector and member of the International Code Council (ICC) and is certified with the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP). His aim is to apply his experience and knowledge to provide a realistic evaluation of your next home purchase.
