Bio

"It's All in the Details". . . I am a licensed, and insured New York State Home inspector as well as an associate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). My background consists of over 30 years experience in the construction and building trades. Over the years I have developed sound knowledge of home building regulations, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, structure, insulation and ventilation, boilers and furnaces used in homes today. It is with this experienced eye that I perform my home inspections. Communication is key! I believe that it is essential to explicitly convey all of the aspects of a home inspection during the inspection and to provide answers and explanations for any questions that arise. I pride myself in my experience that allows me to provide accurate and comprehensive inspections. I truly feel, It's all in the Details.
