Bio
Hello.
I'm Noel Childs, and as an ASHI Certified Inspector, I offer nearly 35 - YEARS of design, construction & inspections!
Lets dig a bit deeper. Here are a few things that set me apart from the average Home Inspector.
1. My College Degree is in Architecture. For over 10-years I performed Architectural design for commercial & residential projects. I later switched careers and began work as a Civil Engineer, designing roads & bridges for an another 10-years. (Your typical home inspector only received the standard 80-hour course study.)
2. I've been performing home inspections in the Valley for over 13-years. During that span, I have trained over 60 highly qualified Home Inspectors for our industry. My team of inspectors use the latest technologies, including thermal imaging and aerial drones.
3. Home Buying should be enjoyable. Once the post inspection wrap-up is complete, you will have an educated understanding of the homes imperfections and a sense of assurance & confidence.
