Bio

About me: Owner ~ C&S Home Inspections since 2010. At the age of fourteen I started working for my Grandfather's construction company. I graduated from trade school in 1993 and entered full time into construction business. This has lead to a wealth of construction knowledge that I have found to be very beneficial as a home inspector. A little more about me: 2019/2020 SCC-ASHI President - 2018/2019 SCC-ASHI Vice President - 2015/2019 SCC-ASHI President - 2014/2015 SCC-ASHI Vice President - 2013/2014 SCC-ASHI Secretary - 2012/2013 SCC-ASHI Secretary/Treasurer - Over 19 Years of Construction Experience, Refrigerant Certified, Kaplan/ITA Trained and Certified, Former Member of Sheet metal Workers Local #9, ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI), over 3000 home inspections performed and counting (as of this 2022 update)
