Bio

Rick Yerger has an extensive background in all aspects of residential construction. As a construction field superintendent dating back to 1982, he has successfully scheduled and overseen all phases of construction from ground breaking through completion and owner satisfaction on over 560 residential and multi family units; adding up to a strong knowledge of structural, foundation, framing, plumbing, roofing and all related components of a home. In May of 1990 Mr. Yerger became a licensed California State general building contractor. Rick continues to maintain his license in good standing. Rick has been professionally trained as a qualified home inspector by a nationally recognized home inspection training facility. In addition he has taken related courses given by Construction Educators Inc. out of Sarasota, Florida. As well as participating in ongoing Association sponsored meeting and seminars. He completes a minimum of 30 hours per year of continuing education, required for maintain
