Steve is the owner and the only inspector for every house inspected. Each report is a narrative written report for your house with pictures and a summary page not the generic check box reports as seen online. Steve is certified with the National radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) for radon gas measurement. This is not a requirement in the state of Alabama, but this certification ensures that the person conducting the radon test is properly trained and the equipment used is approved by the NRPP and sent off to a laboratory to be calibrated once a year.
