Bio

Scott has owned and operated a full service property inspection and consulting firm since 1995. Since 1995 he has inspected over 10,000 single family homes; 3500+ EIFS clad homes and buildings and hundreds of commercial buildings. His primary business is centered on residential and light commercial building inspections for individuals purchasing existing homes and commercial buildings. National ASHI President 2019. In 2018 Scott started to add additional inspectors to his company. Trace Inspections, LLC now has multiple ASHI inspectors to serve our clients.
