Bio

I have been performing inspections throughout the Delaware Valley since 1997. Although most of my work is in center city area I service all five counties surrounding Philadelphia and performed over 8,500 inspections. My prior career I was a master carpenter and cabinet maker, kitchen and bath installer including all plumbing and electric, soup to nuts. I was also maintenance engineer for one of the areas largest banks and branches for 8 years. I inspect every home from efficiencies to multi-family dwellings. I take all the time needed to inspect your property and to answer all your questions prior to leaving the inspection. I am also available to answer any questions you may have prior to your inspection. Call or email me anytime. I know how stressful buying a home is and I would like to put your mind at ease and provide you with the information you need to make an educated decision about the largest purchase you will ever make.
